Private Residential Flat - The Hoe - Plymouth

Those present were, Tom, Josh, and the Mystic Devon Team.

The team were invited to this modern Flat, just off The Hoe. The occupants of the Flat, had heard the sound of footsteps, climbing a wooden staircase in the Flate. The footsteps had also been heard by other people, visiting the property.

It was immediately evident, that the Flat was very active. Tom and Josh, practied some dowsing, which resulted in favourable results.

The following communications were received.

A spirit identified as Robert Paul Sellick, advised that he had died in 1944. He has neen in the Navy in Plymouth, serving as an LRM. he had returned to the area of the Hoe, where he had enjoyed runs ashore with his friends. He advised that he was responsible for the footsteps on the stairs, but was there to protect the family. He was originally from the north of England, and had left behind a family of his own. Robert was then guided to the light.

The next contact was Ethal, She mentioned that she was known to Josh's friend Kelly. She gave the name of Pauline and wished to send her love to Kelly.

A spirit called Mark followed. He said that he had been Josh's second Godfather. He had dark hair with a 'tach.He gave a message TO jOSH'S gODMOTHER Debbie. He said that she had been his Queen.

Sophie, who had passed in 1945 aged in her 20's, adised that she had worked in a local hotel. She had worked hard, but had been lost since then. She was guided to the light.

Our next contact was with Cathy. She said that she had died after failling down stone steps in a car park on the Barbican in 1972, retuening from the Royal Citadel to re-join her friends. She had banged her head. There was no message but to wish us all well. She went into the light.


Ross had died in 1954. He had been a crane driver in the Dockyard. He had passed afther slipping on an icy ladder. No furhtr message.

Our next communication was with Umrun. He said he was Kurdish. No further information was given.

Our final contact was with Roslyn. She had passed in 1977, August 17.

This concluded our visit.
