The team were invited to attend a modern ground floor flat, situated in the west of the county. The owner, a lady, felt that there could be spiritual activity, affecting her property. She advised that she was open to spiritual work, and has explored many aspects of the subject.

The team were able to connect with just one spirit in the flat. She was a lady, and gave her name as "Ceri". She also advised that she had been born in 1924, and that, although she was not connected to the ovner of the property, she was present as a form of protection to her.

Ceri, which we understand, is a Welsh name, came in and faded on several short visits, after initially being guided to the light. Each time she gave a message relating to the owner's situation and neighbourhood. The messages were confirmed to be relavant.

The visit concluded with a routine protection procedure.
