Plympton Meditation Group

Post by Ray » Sat Jan 07, 2012 8:21 pm

More people these days, seem to be drawn to meditation, to help cope with modern life. It is good to try to meditate daily, or if not to try and relax for a half an hour or so. Not always possible, I know.

The Plympton Meditation Group was founded two years ago. The group meets every second and forth Wednesday of each month, at 7.30pm at Harewood House Plympton. Harewood House is near the Ridgeway, and next to the library. A small charge is made to cover room rental and tea/coffee, and biscuits.

All are made welcome at this friendly group. Meditations, are light and usually involve a guided journey. It is a nice mix of meditation and a social get together. Gentle music, candles and good company, you can't beat it.
