11th April 2012
The first meditation concentrated on Time. Our journey started in a thatched cottage, looking on a clock on the wall. The clock faded and the journey commenced with a visit to a beautiful city made of crystal. We followed a winding parth made also of crystal, until we entered a building of spires. Here we continued to meditate, with a concentration on the absence of time in the city. After a period of reflection, we continued our journey to return to the cottage via a starlit universe. Our journey in real time took 45 minuted. But the clock on the wall still read 12 o'clock, just as we left it.
The second meditation was to construct a healing circle, in order to send healing thoughts to those people who were in need of comfort and support. The energy was also directed to those parts of the world. who are in need.
A sense of relaxation free of stress and a feeling of calmness was felt by all.
