The breath taking scenery of the North Cornish coast, mut be one of the world’s greatest gifts. Many visitors flock here, all year round to capture the legend and enjoy the rugged beauty of the headland, that is claimed to be the home of Camalot. Dies it really matter, of course not. Just to be here is a priviledge in itself.
The village, with it’s assortment of gift shops and café’s are plentiful. However, it still retains it’s mystic charm.
A little piece of magic in Tintagel, they do a great Cornish Pasty.
Merlin’s Lot
Why me? Stuck in this here cave,
But life is tough, and I try to save.
I do magic you see, there is such a thing,
Spells of love and wealth, I can bring.
I turn stone into gold, with a flash of dust,
What a life, just to earn a crust.
Arthur upstairs, the King he may be,
Sat there in his finery, does he worry about me?
All his knights sit at the large round table,
It’s alright for some, if only I was able.
I sit at my bench, working with crystals and sage,
Will bring me much luck, one day I would wage.
People say Wizard’s, all wear a pointed hat,
This cave is so low, there’s no room for that.
Maybe I should, get this place let,
For when the tide comes in, I get my feet wet.
Do I exist? Imagine me my dear,
For I am quite real but then I disappear!
