Hydrogen, or battery powered vehicles?
Much coverage, has been given to the future of powered transport. It would seem, that priority is being given to the use of battery power, as an alternative / replacement diesel and petrol driven vehicles.
It has been argued that battery power, will avoid air and noise pollution. Fair comment, but electrical power will still need to be generated, to provide re-charge facilities, thus still causing an element of pollution, along with the difficulty of range, re-charge times, and speed.
In his book, “Futurescience”, engineer and scientist, Maurice Cotterell, demonstrates the practicle use of liquid hydrogen, as the best alternative. Hydrogen, will cost next to nothing to produce, as it can be obtained through water. In addition, there would be zero pollution.
Maybe motor manufactuerers, should take a long look at Cotterell’s patented ideas.
