My meditation time

This is my own person experience.
I find meditation a great boost when I run out of steam, 10 mins taking myself somewhere I love, a walk in the country, a warm sunny beach, maybe just sitting in the garden with someone special, because my mind is full of good happy thoughts the world is far away and the trouble is carries with it. A short meditation like this is relaxing and I am relaxed and rejuvenated after, ready to cope with the rest of the day, It also helps with my Illness as when I meditate I relax and the pain is lessened, the mind is tranquil.

It is not always easy to put the things in our daily lives out of our minds to do this, the more you meditate the easier it becomes to focus on your safe calm world in your meditation, Please don't just dismiss it, try it for yourself and see what happens. you can find many relaxations and meditations on line that will give you a guide to this experience.
