The group were taken on a journey of well being. Starting in a beautiful garden, the energy was released to ride a floating clous. As it passed by, different parts of the body were identified and concentrated upon to feel well. The journey continued onwards until returning into the garden.

The second meditation, involved the group picking up on the vibration of solar energy. This variation lasted for about 20 minutes, in which the body was invited to see the light of the sun as an aid to relaxation and clearing the mind of the stress of modern living.
