Sitting comfortably, then i'll begin.

You find yourself at the beginning of a well worn path way, as you start your walk to both sides of you there are small grassy banks,
the sun is shinning it's a warm day with a gentle breeze.
The banks are covered with beautiful wild flowers, buttercups, daises, blue bells, wild garlic, the aromas of many flowers fill the air,
to your right there is a rippling stream the soothing sounds of the water makes you kneel on the bank, you lean forward and put your hand in the stream, feeling the cool fresh water, feeling the pureness of the ripples, you stay a while relaxing in the calm, quiet,......
then you rise feeling refreshed from the water.
You turn and look to your left, over the low hedge there is a lovely green field, you can see the baby bunnies running and jumping under the watchful eye of the parent rabbits, enjoying the warn sunshine. As you walk slowly on, the gentle breeze caressing your face cooling it from the summer sun, you see the stream turns in front of you and there is an old log bridge that leads over it, you stop on the bridge for a while watching the water flow it moves on as life does with new challenges, you continue across the bridge and see a wooden bench on the other side so you sit for a while, you feel content calm and at peace with the world, the sun shine through the leaves on the trees as they gently move in the breeze, you raise your head and give thanks for this beautiful land that has been created for us, all the beauty around you, you are thankful for.......

Now you feel it is time to retrace your steps. as you start your walk back, you take with you, the calm freshness the water has brought, the warmth the sun has given you with the cooling breeze to refresh you, the joy of the rabbits playing, the perfumes of the wild flowers, the rippling of the steam as it travels its path, just as you make you way down your pathway, that brings you back to the chair you feel yourself sitting in and the ground beneath your feet.
