This dig is proving to be very productive. Many items of Roman origin have been found, along with reports of two Roman roads, one being constructed one abowve the other.
These finds tend to conclude more extensive Roman activity west of Exeter.
It is speculated and somewhat confirmed by dowsing the site, that a Roman fortification existed at Lydford, West Devon, on or near the later Norman settlement. This, along with Roman involmentr in Tin mining in Cornwall, would indicate extensive activity in the two counties.
In the Celtic Chronicles by Maurice Cotteresll, evidence is suggested about the possibility of Jesus Christ, visited the area during the lost years, not accounted for in the Hlly Bible. Is this why, as it is claimed, that the true resting place of the Holy Grail, is in the Dublin Museum, Ireland. This Grail, complete with coded message associated with the ancient Maya of Mexico, is well worth investigation.
The importance of Devon in ancient times, may be more important than first thought.

It is interesting to note, that the plume on the helmet of a Roman Centurian, is of the same design found in Mexico and in tribes that lived in North America.
It is said, that the design represents the soul and the Sun. If this is correct, it would be interesting to discover, how the Romans gained this Universal knowledge.
The knowledge of the Universe, is always available to those who seek it.
